Eggplant

Deep frozen sliced aubergines are prepared from natural developed aubergines complying with the characteristics of the species:

Aubergine Solanum melongena L.

The whole vegetables are cut in slices perpendicular to the axe. The slices have a thickness of 5 up to 10 mm. The diameter is determed by sizing: 20-40mm and 40-60 mm. The cut is flat or undulated.

Palletising

The boxes are stacked on an EURO pallet (80 x 120 cm) or an INDUSTRIAL pallet (100 x 120 cm). The EURO pallet is recoverable. The cartons do not stick out of the contour of the pallet.
