Deep frozen carrots are prepared from natural developed carrots complying with the characteristics of the species:

80 % in number of the carrots is of the declared calibre. The diameter of a carrot is defined as the smallest diameter measured with a vernier calliper where the carrot has its largest thickness.

Palletising
The boxes are stacked on an EURO pallet (80 x 120 cm) or an INDUSTRIAL pallet (100 x 120 cm). The EURO pallet is recoverable. The cartons do not stick out of the contour of the pallet.
