Mushrooms
Deep frozen mushrooms are prepared from the well formed mushrooms complying with the characteristics of the species:
- Agaricus bisporus L.
The mushrooms are cut to slices with a thickness of approximately 5,5 mm.

Palletising
The boxes are stacked on an EURO pallet (80 x 120 cm) or an INDUSTRIAL pallet (100 x 120 cm). The EURO pallet is recoverable. The cartons do not stick out of the contour of the pallet.
