Menestra normal

The deep frozen vegetable mix "Menestra" is prepared from the separately deep frozen and carefully mixed ingredients: carrots, beans, garden peas, cauliflower florets and Brussels sprouts.

The different ingredients comply with the characteristics of the species:

Carrots: Daucus carota L.
Beans: Phaseolus vulgaris L.
Garden peas: Pisum sativum L.
Cauliflower: florets Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis L.
Brussels sprouts: Brassica oleracea gemmifera (DC) O.E. Schulz.

The boxes are stacked on an EURO pallet (80 x 120 cm) or an INDUSTRIAL pallet (100 x 120 cm). The EURO pallet is recoverable. The cartons do not stick out of the contour of the pallet.
