Deep frozen diced potatoes are prepared from natural developed potatoes complying with the characteristics of the species:
> Solonum tuberosum L.
The whole potatoes are cut in dices of approximately 10 x 10 x 10 mm.

Palletising
The boxes are stacked on an EURO pallet (80 x 120 cm) or an INDUSTRIAL pallet (100 x 120 cm). The EURO pallet is recoverable. The cartons do not stick out of the contour of the pallet.
