  • Red cabbage: Brassica oleracea var. rubra L.

The cabbage stalk is removed before dicing the cabbage (20x20x20 mm or 10x10x10 mm).

Palletising

The boxes are stacked on an EURO pallet (80 x 120 cm) or an INDUSTRIAL pallet (100 x 120 cm). The EURO pallet is recoverable. The cartons do not stick out of the contour of the pallet.
