Brussels sprouts

The Brussels sprouts are prepared from the whole auxiliary buds of the plants complying with the characteristics of the species:

> Brassica oleracea gemmifera (DC) O.E. Schulz.

The Brussels sprouts are size-graded:

• Brussels sprouts 15/25
• Brussels sprouts 28/30
• Brussels sprouts 30/35

Product in the direction of the smallest width of the bud, 80 % in number of the sprouts has the announced size (in mm). The size of Brussels sprouts is measured with a vernier calliper on the thawed perpendicular to its axe.
