Deep frozen tomatoes are prepared from ripe fruit of certain varietes of the species:

Tomatoes can be peeled or unpeeled and are presented in the following forms:
- Tomatoes ¼ quartered
- Sliced tomatoes sliced to a thickness of approx 12 mm
- Diced tomatoes, diced 10*10*10
