Peppers

Deep frozen peppers are prepared from the fruits of the plants complying with the characteristics of the species:

> Capsicum annuum L.

The peppers are either diced 10x10 or sliced to strips with a width of 5 up to 10 mm.

The peppers are presented in the following forms:

• Yellow peppers: prepared from yellow fruits.
• Red peppers: prepared form red fruits.
• Green peppers: prepared from green fruits.
• Flamed peppers: prepared from fruits presenting different colours: green / red.
