Silverskin Onions

Deep frozen silver skin onions are prepared from natural developed plants complying with the characteristics of the species:

> Allium cepa L.

The silver skin onions are size-graded or not. The size of the silver skin onions is defined as the diameter of the circular perforations through which the fresh silver skin onions have passed while size-grading:

• Silver skin onions 18/21 18 to 21 mm
• Silver skin onions 21/23 21 to 23 mm
• Silver skin onions 23/25 23 to 25 mm
