Garden mix

The deep frozen vegetable mix "Jardinaire" is prepared from the separately deep frozen and carefully mixed ingredients: carrots, cut beans, garden peas, cauliflower florets and Brussels sprouts.

The different ingredients comply with the characteristics of the species:

• Carrots: Daucus carota L.
• Turnip: Brassica rapa L. 
• Beans: Phaseolus vulgaris L.
• Garden peas: Pisum sativum L.
