China mix

The deep frozen vegetable "China mix" is prepared from the separately deep frozen and carefully mixed ingredients: white cabbage, paprika red-green-yellow, leek, bamboo, oinion, black fungus and pea pods.

The different ingredients comply with the characteristics of the species:

• White cabbage Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.
• Paprika green-red-yellow:  Capsicum annuum L.
• Leek: Allium porrum L.
• Bamboo: Bambusa
• Onion rings: Allium cepa L. 
• Black fungus: Auricularia polytricha 
• Pea pods: Cicer ariethinum L.
