Menestra imperial

The deep frozen vegetable mix "Menestra imperial" is prepared from the separately deep frozen and carefully mixed ingredients: garden peas, beans, carrots, artichokes, broad beans and Brussels sprouts.

The different ingredients comply with the characteristics of the species:

Mushrooms: Agaricus bisporus L.
Asparagus: Asparagus officinalis.
Artichoke: Cynara scolymus L
Carrots: Daucus carota L.
Garden: peas Pisum sativum L.
Beans: Phaseolus vulgaris L.
Cauliflower: Brassica oleracea gemmifera (DC) O.E. Schulz.

The boxes are stacked on an EURO pallet (80 x 120 cm) or an INDUSTRIAL pallet (100 x 120 cm). The EURO pallet is recoverable. The cartons do not stick out of the contour of the pallet.
