Mix Macedoine

The deep frozen vegetable mix "Macédoine" is prepared from the separately deep frozen and carefully mixed ingredients: carrots, cut beans, garden peas, cauliflower florets and Brussels sprouts.

The different ingredients comply with the characteristics of the species:

• Turnip Brassica rapa L. 
• Beans Phaseolus vulgaris L.
• Garden peas Pisum sativum L.
• Flageolets Phaseolus vulgaris L.
