Mix shop suey

The deep frozen mix "shop Suey"" is prepared from the separately deep frozen and carefully mixed ingredients: cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, broken beans, courgettes.

The different ingredients comply with the characteristics of the species:

Cauliflower: Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.
Broccoli: Brassica oleracea var. cymosa L.
Carrots: Daucus carota L.
Beans: Phaseolus vulgaris L.
Courgettes: Cucurbita pepo L.
